What is it like to Live at Continuum?
We have chosen Continuum as the best South of Fifth condo for sale. Although South of Fifth offers many excellent condos for sale, we think Continuum has it all!
There are plenty of reasons for that and this blog is written to give you a hint of what it is like to live at Continuum. We interviewed one of our buyers who explained us about her life at Continuum.
This is What A Day at Continuum Looks Like
When you buy a Continuum unit you buy a lifestyle. You wake up with the sound of the ocean and have breakfast on your balcony watching the sun rise. Nothing charges your batteries like the beauty of the sunrise and the silver reflections of the early morning sun on the water.
You are just an elevator ride away from the sand, which invites you to an energizing jog, no need to plan anything. You are being pulled to all that natural beauty- as simple as that!
Classes at the Gym, a game of Tennis or a Spa Treatment
Stop by at the gym and grab some freshly served fruit, which is served daily at the spa and the gym. Join a pilates class or any of the other 20 classes per week that are offered to residents free of charge with the best instructors. From yoga to pilates and from kick boxing to kids’ classes. Hop into the spa to pamper yourself or enjoy a great tennis class. Three tennis courts are available for you to take classes or plan a match with a friend. After your match you grab a shower at the facilities and you are ready for your day!
Still need to do some business or have a professional call? The 4th floor provides for five separate areas for conferences, meetings and these are all equipped with the latest technology. Furthermore, the concierges are at your disposal for any personal need, from babysitting to catering, private chefs, flowers, boat rentals and more.
Weekends at the Beach, Pool or outside dining
When the weekend comes, there is no better place to hang out with friends and family, either by the pool or the beach. At the beach you will be enjoying full beach service; towels, beach chairs and umbrellas will be available for you. Get refreshed with the iced towels, cold bottled waters and frozen fruit trays, which are handed to you by the friendly staff that passes by during the day.
The two resort-style swimming pools with extensive pool decks provide for privacy for everybody, whether you are looking for a peaceful area to enjoy a good read, sunbathing, hang out with friends or relax in one of the two jacuzzi.
In the afternoon, you can enjoy drinks and delicious bites from Patio restaurant, either from your lounge chair or in the most welcoming and casual setting of the outdoor restaurant. Feel at home while you enjoy an excellent meal prepared with the best quality ingredients by Michele and Tullia, the best Italian hosts you can think of.
After your late lunch, it’s almost time for the most amazing sunset and it looks like you are ready for a stop at the jacuzzi or a walk on the beach.
Time for dinner? Just try any of the best restaurant choices at your doorstep, from Joe’s Stone Crabs to Prime One Twelve, Il Mulino, Milos, Prime Fish, Smith and Wollensky, Call me Gaby, Azabu, Planta or any of the many more famous South Beach restaurants.
