100 S Pointe Drive # 2505 (South Tower)
As mentioned in a previous blog, the larger units in South of Fifth and more specifically in Continuum are in demand. The 05 line at the South Tower is one of the best lines and provides for amazing views. There has not been a 05 line sale in the last year, which indicates how scarce this line is. This well maintained unit is listed at $2,700 per SF, which is a good listing price for a 3 bedroom condo at Continuum South Beach.
Unit 2305 is listed for $8.5M and offers only 2 bedrooms. The unit is completely renovated, but on a lower flower and priced at $250 per SF higher.
