As Continuum Experts we strive to bring you the latest and most up to date information about all units for sale. That is why we visited the Brokers Open at Continuum South Beach this week to provide you with an update of what is selling and which units you cannot miss!
Currently there are almost 60 units for sale, of which 20 were showcased this week to brokers working with prospects looking at buying in this exceptional condo. More than 50% of those are large units between 2,100 and 3,500 SF, mostly 3 and 4 bedrooms.

The first unit we selected for our readers is unit 3303 in the South Tower. This line is the one we have selected many times as the one that offers the best unobstructed views of the ocean, Fisher Island  and the government cut. The 03 line from the 30th floor and above correspond to the 04 line in the floors below (from 22nd to 29th)

The unit, which offers 3 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and 3,335 SF has been remodeled and offers a majestic master bedroom with a split floor plan. The current floor plan does not sacrifice any space and even offers an added office area. What makes this unit exceptional are the jaw dropping views and the great space of the living and dining area with a kitchen which opens to the main living area.
